I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location next to the Sage and the Baltic Museum of Contemporary Art was perfect for exploring the area. It was also convenient to have parking available, as finding parking can be a challenge in this area. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The host was helpful and accommodating, making sure I had all the information I needed. Also, the rate during the weekdays was very reasonable, making it a great option for a work trip. Well-located, close to Sage and Baltic Museum. Easy walk to Newcastle City via multiple bridges. On the Gateshead side of the river, with convenient parking. Nearby shops, supermarkets, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Good option for work visits at lower rates.

I got great value for my money at this lovely modern ground floor apartment. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, and the Sage Centre. The staff was friendly and easily reachable if I needed anything.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The apartment had a great location near the quayside and a short walk to a Tesco. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and had everything I needed.
The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable and it took a while to get our safety deposit back. A coffee table in the lounge area would have been useful.
